YES!!!  AT LAST!  My goodness, how long three years can be!  But I read a post
in rec.music.gaffa.  Here is the article:

It is not inconcievable that 'Shepherd Moon' is a mini-CD with about 2,3 maybe
4,5,6 works, strictly for the Japanese market (a bit like the 6 track Orinico
Flow CD that also was released in Japan [Pioneer 20P2-2725]).  But if it isn't
and it's a full fledged disk to be released internationally....

If it comes to Australia, I will let you know:  she-of-the-flashing-brown-eyes
albums were previously released in Australia through EMI, so possibly there
mightn't be the disagreements with her and EMI as there are alledgedly with
Geffen.

Strange title for an CD, though...
