Gif from NFE?

Something that I noticed:  the gifs at hayes.etc do not contain a scan of
the Never for Ever cover!  How can this be?  It is one of the most beautiful
covers I've ever seen, and KaTe's best, IMHO.  Did I just miss it?  Does
anyone have a high-quality scan already?  The only one that I've seen is
the "bat" from the back cover.
