Further Kap Panic

Adding up all the Kap-commitments it looks like 31 out of the first run of
36 are spoken for.  Assuming they look as nice as I'm hoping, I think
another dozen will go, easy... and they would bring the price-each down,
too, but that would mean I'd be risking up to $60 if something falls thru.

To simplify things, if I could ask for $9 per hat, $16 for 2... and if I
can save on shipping I'll refund the diff.  That's a lot more than the
original $6, so if you have doubts, let me know immediately.
