Sounds like something called "Interview 85" (_not_ 86.)  There are
apparently four formats: the 7" picture disc, a shaped disc with a
different but similar Kate-and-hound picture, a white 7" and a CD (which I
haven't seen.)

A mail order place called "Wax Records" says this in an ad in the February
"Record Collector" (an UK magazine; L = pound sign):

	KATE BUSH Interview 1985
	7" white vinyl, limited edition of 500	         L  3.00
	7" picture disc, limited edition of 1500         L  3.00
	S  shaped picture disc, limited edition of 2000  L  4.50
	CD pic CD box edn + 2 color photos, ltd edn 1000 L 10.00
