In this week's Sounds the end-of-year-poll results were published and Sinead is voted top female singer and KaTe comes a mere second. I'm not at all surprised considering the respective exposure each has received recently but maybe KaTe will regain the crown this year if she tours and brings out an album... Good news from Andy Semple there. I was beginning to worry because a (admittedly unreliable) source said he had heard direct from EMI that KaTe was not going to tour after all and had chickened out.
