  Howdy-
Here's a question for those of you who saw Laurie Anderson on her
last tour. My brain (it's so bossy at times) just won't remember
  this:
During the show, a slide was put up which dedicated the show to
Abbie Hoffman. It had a quote regarding "yelling fire in a
crowded...". For the life of me, I can't recall the exact quote. Can
  someone help me out? Thanks.

I believe it is "Yelling theater in a crowed fire"

 cray

I recall (from the late 70's) the comedian Steve Martin asking:

"Is it okay to yell 'MOVIE' in a crowded firehouse?"
