samples

There I was, about to post my latest batch of KaTe samples (though neither
of the two sound-bites contains KaTe's voice) to the l-h archives for
convenient FTP, and I suddenly decided I had no idea where to put them...
perhaps there should be a directory for digitized files, or perhaps I 
should just put them in the kb directory, or...

So.  Who has a suggestion here?

For that matter, who has a request for a sample?  I'll digitize it and 
put it up on the archives for FTP as soon as I figure (find) out where
to put the thing!

Hmmm.  I just thought of something.  Is the "to-sort" directory for
new items?

p.s.  if you're interested in getting my KaTe samples (should work on
Amiga, Mac, and Atari ST; Stephen Thomas has also gotten them to play on
his system...can't recall what it is), and have access to FTP, please wait 
until they're available at the archive.  If you don't have access to FTP, I'll
be happy to mail you a UUEncoded file.
