I understand there were rumors (coming from within the Bush family?)
saying that certain US cities have been tentatively selected for the
tour (NY, SF and one or two others?)  Everything is at a planning
stage but there is a possibility of US shows.  IED may be able to
elaborate when he gets back.

Still, it might not be a full-blown tour, just a few shows in the UK.
We'll know in January.  December will be magic?  Try "agonizing
knuckle-biting expectation."

(Just one copy of this, please kind news systems around the world?
