Apologies for cluttering bandwidth.

woj, I have received your last two messages (11/12 and 11/17) but my reply to 
your first (sent on 11/13) bounced and arrived today (11/19).  That had all 
the info you needed.  Please email me with your phone number so I can talk 
directly with you rather trusting email and finding it doesn't work some 5 
days later.  I'll resend my message in the hope it gets through as well.
