I found them on sale in the Carnaby Street General Store, 5/7 Carnaby Street, W1. (That's the Picadilly end of the Street). Price #6-99. There were only bored looking sales assistants and mobs of tourists so I did not ask about mail-order but interested parties could try dropping them a line. Expect to pay an arm and a leg for it though.
