Subject: His Latest Flame
I saw the following review in a local paper: His Latest Flame: In the Neighbourhood (London 828163-1). His Latest Flame is an all-woman group which has the advantage of lead vocals reminiscent of Kate Bush, harmonies echoing the Mamas and the Papas, and strong songs driven by guitars and decorated by Wilf Gibson's violin and Keith Nelson's banjo. The result is melodic rock with occassional hints of folkiness - an attractive mix. Anyone know anything about this group? Vickie - possibly one for the show?
