No, you're thinking of the GROUP Clannad. This is a group of women (23 of em)
who are named Macalla. Who knows, maybe Clannad took the name of their album
from this group. I've actually seen the album (before John took it back
home with him) and it even showed a photo of all the women with their
instruments. They're very excellent musicians and the album is fantastic!
I wish I could find a copy.
