Well, if you subscribe to the Chris'n'Vickie interpretation of Love and
Anger, then Kate's contortions after the orb and scepter are taken away
must represent Kate swimming the Atlantic to the US.  This would obviously
have to be cut down for UK and European release, where she would, at the
most, be swimming the channel (or maybe the Thames).
