This shot is present on _TSW: TV_ as a lead-in I believe (unless I'm just 
dreaming? it is 4:30am) I can't guarantee it as I don't have it in 
front of me and although I've had it for almost 48hours I've only had
time to sit down and watch it three times. (i'm going to put it in 
as soon as I go home and before and I fall asleep so that will be #4)
