New KATE video and CMV Laserdiscs

Hello,

I guess my posting about the new KATE CMV video got out (Thanks IED!), but it
never made it back to gaffa on my machine (which is often erratic).

Anyway,

In checking with my Laserdisc dealer (to let him know about the new KATE
video) he told me that CMV has signed a contract with Image Entertainment
to press the ENTIRE CMV CATALOG on Laserdisc.  He showed me a flyer promoting
this and announcing ~24 upcoming releases.  Kate was not listed, but he was
positive that if the video is released by CMV, it will be released on
Laserdisc.  I will post when I get information on Laserdisc availability.
With the Pink Floyd "Delicate Sound Of Thunder" video, it was about 2 - 3
months between the release of the VHS tape and the Laserdisc.

I am keeping watch for CMV/CBS promotional materials for the new video!

I had heard at the time of release of TSW, that there was going to be a video
release for TSW, similar to Hair Of The Hound for HOL.  This is the first
confirmation of that news.  This time, the US video and Laserdisc will precede
the (long wait for the) Japanese release.
