"My Lagan Love"

Will some knowledgable person please describe this song briefly to my
account? I think I may have found something related to it while perusing
the stacks at the station: a record featuring Dan Ar Bas - a Breton
guitarist who has worked with Alan Stivell, btw - which has a song on 
it called "Lagan Love". As I've never heard KT's song, I was hoping
I could get a description to see if there is any relation.
