Kate in America?

Just months after I saw HER on Saturday Night Live, I was stationed in
Denver, Colorado for a few months the next summer, perhaps June...

The last week I was there was torment (this was the year I played TKI
twice a day every day for 6 months straight...) because as I drove
to the Air Force Base I had to pass a big billboard advertising a 
concert for the week after I was due back in Lousiana...

I don't remember the exact dates, but no true believer could forget
pain like that.  I don't think I was hallucinating(?).

Did she ever tour here?  Was this trip cancelled?  Please say yes,
because that means I didn't really miss the concert as I thought I did...
