All the lyrics were written in Icelandic and then translated to English. This
could completely explain the "sophmoric and clumsy" feel. Then again, having
seen them in concert and all, I could see their lyrics being just as weird/
clumsy/sophmoric in Icelandic as well.

So, if Reykjavik is on the net, can we get any comments from native speakers?
(I won't be holding my breath :-)
