question about peter gabriel song

A friend is posting this for me.

Does anyone know the lyrics to the line that's repeated in Peter
Gabriel's "Games Without Frontiers"? It's the line that sounds (to
me) something like "She's So ..." (unintelligible word).

Also, what album is that song from? 

By the way,if someone has the complete lyrics that would be even 
better.
