KT demo tape

I would like a copy of the tape, but it is past the 16 April deadline in
Australia.  

I was wondering if the Australian mentioned by Scott would
be willing to make a third generation copy for me?  

If not, I would not mind sending off a tape for a second generation copy and
then creating a limited number of third generation copies for other Australian
residents (I don't know if the resultant quality will be worth it, but I'm
willing to try). (Subtle "I would like a copy past the deadline" plea ;-)

Is this the address I should address my tape to?  I'm confused as to who
have the masters.
