SNUB is back

SNUB, a music video program on USA Network that makes 120 Minutes look
like American Bandstand, is back in mutated form for the new season.

Evidently, the people at the Catalogue, a British label that
chronicles the indepenent label scene there, has handed off
responsibilities to a bunch of Yanks.  The show that I caught featured
videos by Pop Will Eat Itself, Wire, Rapeman, Severed Heads, some guy
from the Silos, Frank Tovey, and RUN-DMC (looks like a promo for the
new film _Tougher Than Leather_).

It was on Saturday (really Sunday) at 1am; expect it again in two
weeks time.
