reggae w/ lydon

i don't know. maybe someone can help me out there.

i'm looking for a title of a song and the title of a possible album
done recently(?) by johnny rotten/lydon and a big name reggae
band/singer.  i heard it on a college radio staion that specializes in
reggae and mod music. anyways, the song talks about world destruction
with nuclear weapons with the human race becoming a disgrace etc
etc....

i've asked around here in phila. but i can't get a postive reply.

any suggestions are welcomed.

ps    any public image ltd. fans out there are encouraged to pick up
      pil's "flowers of romance" virgin label 1981.   
      strange but really really good.
