WSI Minutes: a motion to amend the WSI By-Laws is carried

     A recent inductee to the WSI having so moved and the Acting
Inquisitor having subsequently seconded said motion, a motion to amend
the text of the By-Laws has been carried by a quorum of the WSI's
membership.  Additional Note #1, which formerly read:

"Correct solutions -- but they must be correct in every detail -- "

will henceforth read as follows:

"Correct solutions -- but they must be correct in every detail considered
 important by the officers in charge of the examinations' review -- "

     The above business having been completed, a motion was made that
the members of the WSI repair to the nearest pub. The motion was
seconded and passed without further ado.
