C'est la Mort ??

I just picked up a new album called "Celestial" by "Heavenly Bodies".

Heavenly Bodies are: James Pinker (Dead Can Dance), Scott Rodger (Dead
Can Dance), and Caroline Seaman (This Mortal Coil -- Filigree &
Shadow).  So, I figured it was another 4AD mix-and-match, just like
This Mortal Coil consists of whomever within 4AD have time to work on
it. :-) But! The record company "responsible" is "C'est la Mort
Records" (That's Death?).  Furthermore, it also says on the back of
the cover "Licensed from Third Mind Records".

So who are these people anyway? :-)

(fyi: If you like Dead Can Dance (Within the Realm of a Dying Sun is
superb!)  and even This Mortal Coil (I do!), then I think you'll like
this, but I have no idea who these record companies are...)
