Violent Femmes

I turned the radio on for one song this morning and heard a new cut by
the Violent Femmes (new to me, anyway).  Called _The Donut Shop_ or
some such, it is about a cop who goes into a donut shoppe, and
disappears afterwards, never to be seen again ("Maybe he went to San
Francisco / Maybe he went to Cleveland").  It seems like a funny view
of the continuing milk carton saga.  It's a mostly acoustic song, less
like their latest album but not as thrashy as some of their earlier
stuff.
