throwing muses

i saw the throwing muses last friday at the living room in providence.
kirsten hirsch smiled!  (but only as the lights were going down and
perhaps she thought that no one could see.)  she even looked at the
audience for a bit, and TALKED some!  ms. langston looked like she was
having a good time as usual.  the music was wonderful, although many
audience members were griping about the fact that even after two sets
of encore, they didn't play "delicate cutters".  they also had those
23 envelope play lists... (not really 23 envelope at all, but if
you've seen them you know what i mean.)  kind-o-funny.
