Subject: The Bears: a backwards message

I bought this album on compact disc the other day, and noticed what is
apparently a backwards message on the second track ("Fear is Never
Boring"). The message occurs twice, once from 2:18 to 2:20 and once
from 2:22 to 2:24. Has anybody determined what the message says?
