     IED wanted to get his new theory on record, just in case it
turns out to be right. If the next Newsletter prints the full
mystery message from "Watching You Without Me" and IED hasn't
said anything, no-one will ever believe that he was on the right
track -- assuming he is.
     IED's advice to any interested parties is: Think simple...
