If you're talking about "W.R., the Mysteries of the Organism" I'm
pretty sure its' a Czechoslovakian film which only alludes to Reich
and is an amusing political statement.  I believe I saw this film 3 or
so years ago and enjoyed it. Like many foreign movies, it had no
rating.
