Dukes of Stratosphear news

The Dukes of Stratosphear will have another vinyl offering for us
sometime during the late fall.  The album will most likely be called
PSONIC PSUNSPOT and contains ten tracks.  The album contains a
numberof different musical influences and I think that those who grew
up in the 60's will appreciate this album the most.  The following are
some of the songs on the album: COLLIDE-A-SCOPE, YOU'RE A GOOD MAN
ALBERT BROWN, SHINY CAGE, HAVE YOU SEEN JACKIE and PALE AND PRECIOUS
(which is the most amazing Beach Boys sound-a-like ever.)

I was able to get a bootleg copy of the album from Dave Gregory
when XTC were in Toronto a month back for the CASBY awards show. 

I was told that the 25 O'clock EP was never released in the states so
Geffen is planning on releasing Psonic Psunspot on CD with 25 O'clock
as bonus extra tracks.

And for any of you XTC fans it looks like a new album won't be on the
racks until about late next summer.
