Hi folks.  Your humble pseudo-moderator is going on vacation for two weeks
tomorrow, and this mailing list will be running totally on autopilot.  If
it starts spewing out 20 copies of everything, or if Dickinski goes crazy
and starts madly insulting Kate, someone should send a message to
postmaster@eddie.mit.edu and have them turn off the mailing list until
I get back.  Merry Xmas, etc.
