XTC psych album query

Subject: XTC psych album query

I hear that XTC's new album is another psychadelic job in similar vain to
their "Dukes of Stratosphere: 25 O'Clock" EP, with perhaps more 70's,
Sgt. Pepper kind of feel (hard to imagine that).  Has anyone heard this thing
yet?  I'm not fond of XTC's normal stuff--I'm mainly interested in how it
compares with their Dukes EP (which I consider excellent).
