"best" hardcore album

Well of course not--nor is there a best Irish Folk Dancing album.  Please
translate as "your favorite hardcore" album; the why's, the wherefores, etc.
Mainly I'm looking for good playing and reasonable sound (if it's white noise,
it should be *good* white noise).
