...my integrity (or just lack of business chutzpah), I did not send a copy
of my tape to Bill Hsu for that (In Gregward's own utterances) "gushing"
review - we traded tapes.  Bill sent a audio ready copy of Chris D. crooning
with Tex Jones b/w Live Skull on the second side (which isn't meant to
be played "soft").  AS for Bill's review of the "net.tape" production, I 
found his contribution (using the words, I assume, of our own Lardi
Anderson, Nessushisownbadself) to be one of the more pseudo-conceptual pieces
on that cartridge (yeah, Greg, even us "linguistic cuties" use a Thesaurus
now and then...) tho' I haven't SEEN my copy since some Johns-Hopkins
type made off with it.  I do admit I prodded Bill to write a review, but
not for love-hounds - rather a publication which I have a heavy hand in
publishing and didn't want to taint it with a self-review.  I mean, we
can only take this vanity press so far (pshaw!  Vanity Press indeed.  Didja
know that a lot of early Who (circa '65) record reviews were written by
their own managers?).   So, Bill, when can we expect a full smattering of
lawn mower droppings of YOUR deeply submerged whatsis?  Eh?

I'm still waiting for the Dark Knight opera, afterall.  You guys wanna
collaborate?  Four ready made acts and all!
