As for straigtening out warped records, Doug's method will work but can
be improved on by use of a hot water bath as opposed to an oven. The
water temperature should be about 130-150 deg. Far. (go too much higher and
you stand the chance of compressing the records). Another technique, which
I have successfully used in the past involves putting the warped records
in your collection but cram them in (the records should be placed in
a vertical arangement, i.e. side by side). This latter method works best
in warm environments, although it takes a considerable time to achieve
the desired effect.

The mailer at NUSC *(an .ARPA mailer no less) is getting flakey. I usually
have no trouble reaching .ARPA addresses but it seems that the only
maiuler I can reach out and touch is MIT-Eddie. Jim and Tim, I am sending
each of you a note tonight. Let me know if you get it or not within
the 3 days ARPAmail allows before giving up.
