Unable to contact these people

Sorry to use Love-Hounds for this purpose, but I still can't get mail to
other domains correctly addressed for my mailer.

I have been trying to contact you with little success concerniong the Coitus
Tape.  I am aparently tied to a not so brilliant VAX VMS mail system.  I have
had many problems in trying to contact other domains.  I can usually get
CSNET-RELAY to work vor valid CSNET addresses, I cant understand why I am
having trouble with Bill's address.  My mailer refuses to acknowledge
anything with COM in it.  
If you two would send me EMAIL with return addresses structured for ARPA
I would be extremely appreciative.  Maybe I can turn this into a learning
experience.
