Dial Kate

For many of you it will be tomorrow when (and if) you read this.  In our
attempt to get Cloudbursting highly polled, did anyone else get operator
responses like Kate Who?, or 'Could You please spell that ?' (in reference
to Cloudbursting), or asked if this was a joke, at any time?  I was
surprised, somewhat, that on each of the 8 times i managed to get through
the operator seemed as though the artist and title were completely foreign.
Either they have an incredible number of operators, or they are discounting
anything but their choices.
