I actually have Music For Palaces.  There is a Eno boxed set that has 
EVERYTHING up to "Apollo..." that, I believe, also has it (correct me
if I'm wrong).  The boxed set also has a previously unreleased ambient
album, Music for Airports II.  I'd be happy to record stuff for people,
as long as it doesn't get out of hand...I'm extremely time committed right
now...
