One Dutch viewer reports that "Wuthering Heights" was performed. The programme's title means, roughly, "Off the cuff", or "impromptu".

IED:

Kate's appearance on the Dutch TV show, April 1978. I do not know what this appearance consists of. Peter mentions it in his chronology, but I have never seen the clip.)

IED:

Kate sang Wuthering Heights live to a backing vocal; on the German TV programme Scene 78.
This clip was for some time the source of considerable confusion, because it is simply a German re-broadcast, from April 1978, of Kate’s fourth performance of the song on March 23. [???No it isn't. VM] The KT Bush Band does not appear. Kate makes less of an attempt to convey her dance movements in this performance than she does in the Bio's Bahnhof performance. Her vocal delivery is noticeably more assured, also, and a slight reverb effect adds greatly to the success. She is dressed in a black dress [Nope. VM], and her make-up is more unassuming than on earlier the earlier German television appearances.

VM:

I don't believe Andy had seen this at the time he wrote the above. The appearance is live on a sound stage, with an audience, but is a lip-sync of the album track. She sings into the camera the whole time, rather than to the audience, and she and the camera twirl around each other. She wears pretty much the same outfit she wore on TopPop (next entry), red feather thingy around her neck, a black top and the black and white print skirt often seen elsewhere.

Germany?

IED:

Lip-synch, on an April, 1978 edition of German TV programme Top Pop.
Note: Ruud says this is a Dutch programme. Peter lists this as a February 1978 clip from German TV . In it, Kate simply lip-synchs the song, adding her dance routine. Throughout most of the performance Kate's face is super-imposed so that it hovers to the left of a shot of her entire figure. She wears another of her print, midi-length dresses and "seventies" high heels, and her make-up is unmistakably "of its time".
