Rediscovery

I only recently rediscovered Kate's music and it struck me even more than
it used to when I last listened to it (which is a couple of years ago). 

I'd very much like to know what she's doing at the moment and what she has
done over the last few years (what albums has she made? is she still
touring? etc.). I also would like to know what websites are worth visiting.

Anyone out there who knows it all?
