S'rioghal,

(Wow, I cut and pasted--didn't trust my typing of your name :-) )

1. Thanks for your gracious reply to my "disclaimer". Didn't really want
to make a big thing of it, and in fact I hardly even remember the
content of the note, but just wanted to set the record straight. We
could probably use a more robust "quoting" mechanism that isn't
text-editor-based. Netscape, are you listening?? Anyway, to move on...

2. Funny you mention the Web-ring stuff. It so happens that, as I was
browsing during a break at work today, I saw the first mention of the
Web ring concept. Hadn't noticed it before. Tell you what--my Web site
*does* have about 4 or 5 Kate-related links, and it's an interesting
idea. So please do me a favor: Give a quick look at my site, and drop me
an e-mail telling me if you think I should get on the ring. BTW there is
one link buried on a separate page ("Xenolit"
--http://www.intrex.net/rwgarr/books.htm), where I mention the Cann &
Mayes book about Kate. Ideally, I could put a "#" label on that spot,
when I give the URLs to add to the ring (if it works the way I'm
picturing.)

Pace,
Freude,
Mir,
Peace,
Party on dude...
