   I'm fairly sure that this costume is not in the Hammersmith video. 
It is in "Kate Bush on Tour", the documentary that features "Room For
The Life" with the giant red velvet egg visible being rolled out in the
Hammersmith show. I think (again without checking, I could be wrong)
some of this costume on the "Oh England, My Lionheart"...adding the
flyer's helmet.

   I *think*, judging from the cut of the coat, that this is actually
from "Coffee Homeground".
