You won't find ads for the Kathy Demos in Record Collector, because they
have a strict policy of not allowing any advertisements for bootlegs,
which, strictly speaking, the demo recordings are. However, strangely
enough, this doesn't stop them including bootlegs in articles and
discographies they compile about featured artists.

Don't know what it's like in the States, but they're fairly widely
available at record fairs in the UK, for about #15. Have you tried the
most obvious options? Specialist "Record Collector" magazines should
have them listed in the "for sale" ads.

Try your local options, but if you get really stuck I could pick up a
copy of the UK Record Collector mag and try and find an ad from someone
selling the demos who you could contact. (Most do overseas p&p). Unless
some other UK Love-hound buys Record Collector anyway, in which case I
could save myself a couple of quid?

Cheers,

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on these early demos. I'd
prefer
CD, but would settle for cassette. Any info is appreciated.
