Greetings good people,

Len, Len, Len ...
>The seventies had good music, the
>eighties had machines, and so far the nineties have
>mostly had retreads. The rockTrain is out of steam.

Look mister, allow me to set you straight (non-sexually
speaking). Every decade has plenty of crapola and a few
gimmering specs of brilliance. This trend in rock has not
ceased to repeat itself, in my much less than humble opinion.
Of course what constitutes brilliance is extremely subjective.

Case in point ... The young band Wide Mouth Mason has roots
and influences from the past but is entirely original ...
and brilliant. They've just returned from a stunning
performance at the Montreux Jazz Festival.

I'm begging you. Don't make me poke you in the eye. And
anyone making comparisons to Gaffaweb will be summarily
ignored.

<Male Oriented KaTe Content> (Forgive me, Karen)
Will Ms. Bush still be a babe when she's 80 (assuming she
quits smoking so she can live that long all the while
creating music)?

And I expect that Marcel's Kate Bush Covered CD is a
bargain at twice the price. I mean, well, geez, I'm on it.
