Hi,

     There are in fact 6 different covers of the TKI album

1.  "eyeball" cover.  This is the regular UK release.  It has also
    been used be several other countries

2.  "vogue" cover.    This is the regular Canadian issue.  It was the
    original US issue.

3.  "Country-Western" cover.  this is the picture of Kate in a wooden box.
    This cover is the regular US issue (re-issue)

4.  "Pink Leotards" cover.  this is the Japanese cover.

5.  "Wedding Dress" cover.  This is the Yugoslavian cover.   Quite rare!

6.  "variation on the pink leotard" cover.  This ithe Uruguayan release
    and it's extremely rare.   BTW, does anybody out there actually have this     
    cover?
