NFE cover

I've often pondered the cover of Never For Ever.  I really like her cloudy
dress, under which from flow all the subconscious beasties.

(Geek anecdote mode on)
When I worked at Hewlett-Packard, I printed out a poster-sized version of
the cover on one of their great big plotters.  It hangs in a an honored
spot in my cubical to this day.

Does anyone know who the artist is?
