TKI Re-issue

Thanks Ron for the prompt response.  Sounds like fun, I'll keep an eye out
for it here in S.F.

I hate to start out of the chute complaining, but I wish that record
companies would put a bit more effort into packages like this.  They could
easily have charged an extra dollar or two and included a booklet about the
album -- why was it important to EMI, Kate's career, the recording industry.   

Ah well . . . I suppose that is up to us, eh?  

Has anyone heard more about the HOL reissue?  Can we hope for a better
treatment?
