I bought my copy of TKI years ago at a Car Boot sale, and it's unlike any 
copy I've ever seen before, for starters it hasn't got them heavy people on 
it, there aren't even any details of the company or anything on it apart from 
a logo of a pair of feet.  It's got the same cover as the British version 
(Though a much smaller version of this).  does anyone know its origins?
