Within the last months, you have communicated with OBRL regarding orgonomy
and the research of the late Dr. Wilhelm Reich, or your address was given
to us by someone who has indicated your possible interest in this subject. 
We have therefore kept your email address on record (and in confidence), to
inform you of our new internet news posting service, called OBRL News.

Following below is a description of OBRL-News, along with information on
how to subscribe.  If you are interested, read on and follow the
instructions.  If not interested, please discard this message, which will
not be repeated.  Our apologies if, in error, you receive more than one
copy of this message.

OBRL News is a free service of the non-profit
Orgone Biophysical Research Laboratory

Building upon the discoveries of the 
late, great natural scientist, Dr. Wilhelm Reich

OBRL News will send out several short- to moderate-length
postings every week, covering the following topics:
* New natural scientific findings relevant to Wilhelm Reich's 
        prior sex-economic and orgone-biophysical discoveries.
* Announcements of OBRL events, and other events related to
        Reich and the science of orgonomy.
* Scientific anomalies and controversies.
* Censored scientific articles & critiques, and reports
        on scientists being unethically attacked for their work.
* Nuclear power accidents & bomb tests.
* Scientific & geophysical anomalies.
* Environmental problems and disasters.
* Scholarly critiques of questionable mainstream ideas, such as:
        "Big Bang" cosmology
        Special Relativity
        "Infectious HIV" theory of AIDS
        Unproven, toxic orthodox medical treatments
        And so forth....
* New books and publications available on the above subjects.
* Forthcoming Symposia and Conferences on the above subjects.

OBRL News will maintain an open-minded but scholarly 
and objective focus, presenting materials which are 
scientifically demonstrated, but for various reasons 
not being widely reported, or being mis-reported
in mainstream news media.  

OBRL News will steer clear (as much as possible) from 
purely speculative or "conspiratorial" materials, noting 
that there are already many places on the internet 
providing an outlet for such materials.  

OBRL News will occasionally post highlights from other
internet news sources, and will strive to provide citations
or references for follow-up

OBRL News is not a discussion group, so your mailbox 
will not be flooded with discussion or chit-chat.  
Well-composed letters, bringing forth new information 
(or criticism?) about a prior posting, are encouraged.
