Hi Magnus.

If you are interested the authors were Kevin Cann and Sean Mayes.

Personally, I thought the book was OK. Not great, but it's definitely
worth a look, as it includes some lovely pictures of Kate (both colour
and b/w for those who haven't seen it). Pity it only goes up to 1988,
though.
